State College Federal Credit Union is committed to do everything in its power to improve the personal financial well-being of each member.

 

The purpose of State College Federal Credit Union is to be a member-owned, nonprofit co-operative financial institution formed for the purpose of:

  1. Delivering superior service in a friendly and courteous manner to each member.
  2. Promoting the credit union philosophy of “people helping people.”
  3. Offer products and services at competitive rates and prices for our members.
  4. Maintain long-term financial stability to ensure security of member deposits.

Membership Eligibility


 

Our Field of Membership includes:

  1. Federal employees who work in Centre or Huntingdon Counties, Pennsylvania;
  2. Employees of the US Postal Service who work in Clearfield, Pennsylvania;
  3. Employees of the State College Area School District in State College, Pennsylvania;
  4. Regular members of Mt. Nittany Medical Center Chapter, and Child Development Council Chapter, all of State College, Pennsylvania, and staff who work out of State College, Pennsylvania, office of the National Union of Hospital and Health Care Employees, District 1199-P;
  5. Employees, doctors, medical staff, and technicians who work at Mt. Nittany Medical Center in State College, Pennsylvania; medical employees of staff doctors of the above hospital;
  6. Employees of Central Intermediate Unit who work in Centre, Clearfield, or Clinton Counties, Pennsylvania;
  7. Employees, doctors, medical staff, and technicians who work at the Healthsouth Rehabilitation Hospital in Pleasant Gap, Pennsylvania;
  8. Members of the State College Area Musicians’ Association Local 660, who work or reside in Centre, Huntingdon, Mifflin, or Juniata Counties, Pennsylvania;
  9. Dues-paying members of the Penns Valley Education Association in Spring Mills, Pennsylvania;
  10. Dues-paying members of the Bellefonte Area Education Association in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania;
  11. Employees of Fresenius Medical Care of State College, State College, Pennsylvania;
  12. Employees of Cen-Clear Child Service, Inc., who work in Centre, Clearfield and Jefferson Counties;
  13. Employees of Symphony Respiratory Services, Inc., who work in State College, Pennsylvania;
  14. Members of the Penns Valley Support Personnel Association;
  15. Employees of South Hills School of Business & Technology who are paid from, supervised from, or headquartered in State College, PA;
  16. Students of South Hills School of Business & Technology who attend classes in State College, Altoona, Lewistown and Philipsburg, PA;
  17. Employees of the Centre Medical and Surgical Associates, P.C. who work in State College, PA;
  18. Employees of Neurological Testing Services who work in State College, Pennsylvania;
  19. Employees of this Credit Union, persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above employment, members of their immediate families, and organizations of such persons.
  20. Employees of FWI Healthcare Inc. who work in or are paid from State College, PA
  21. Employees of Centre County Mutual Fire insurance Co. who work in or are paid from Bellefonte, PA
